It was not about losing weight when i started smoking. That was a general question about effect of smoking on weight. Thanks to MFP i quit after smoking 12 cigarettes :p Yeah i used to walk that much daily but due to exams I am not moving my *kitten* from my room for a month :( So trying to lose weight by creating deficit.

i have a cup which has capacity of 500 ml. YEah i love black tea and i drink it once a day.

when i go outside then i take too much time to come back to study room :D I can do leg raise in my study room or rope jumping.

I was in stress and my friend told me to do this and i did now i quit thanks to MFP's community. I am back to my routine i lost 33 pounds in 4 months now back to track.

Yeah I'm that guy who walks daily 12+ miles. I quit thanks to MFP's community actually yesterday i was in too much stress and one of my friend told me to do this and i did smoke. And yeah I love to live healthy life i love to walk 12+ miles a day. I love this community so i quit.

yeah actually i burn more than 10000 calories in a week. I walk too much mostly i walk 12+ miles a day daily. I made this post for new plan workout and diet. My post: calculations are right will i burn these calories or not by doing that?

Mostly i walk 12miles+ daily in week 5 to 6 times. According to MFP i am burning daily 1800+ calories. I walk too much and now its boring i want to run and burn these calories in less duration. I am eating 1500-1700 calories daily.

My Height: 5'10 Weight Checked Today: 244 lb BMR: 2305 Eating Around: 1500-1700 Calories Today I burnt: 1205 Calories. It was raining so i walked less. Mostly i walk 12+ miles and burn 1800+ calories. What will you say now?

@chandanista actually i cant eat after 5:00 Pm. I study alot so thats why i drink only black tea at dinner time. Roti= Wheat flour Cooked
