I don't believe in cheat days and i will never eat calories more than my BMR calories. and Yeah i eat Roti (Wheat + Salt + Water) which has sodium but still calories of roti doesn't cross my daily goal which is not more that 1500.

Believe me i always log more than i eat. I mean there are some days i eat 1200 calories but i will stretch those numbers to 1400 or 1500.
