Office breakfast potluck - pastries, bagels, cakes, etc. I contributed hard boiled eggs and cheese sticks. They were gone in a heartbeat!

Almond coconut milk even better, IMHO. We do buy small amts of milk as well.

Yes yes! Agree with all above. Great protein. Note that I take napkins and squeeze a goodly amt of grease from my burgers - even the most lean.
