  • I tried IF but found if I don't consume something every couple hours I start to shake really bad and feel faint. This happens even if I eat 2k calories in a day. I am not diabetic so I find it to be really strange. Because of this I haven't been able to do anything like IF..best of luck to you!

  • I was wondering about this too. I do about 10k steps now a day but I walk to work, work a desk job, but get up to move, and walk at lunch. What should I be set at? Right now I have sedentary because I sit at a desk all day. I don't log any extra exercise for these steps.
  • TOM..mine is horrible. Like horrible I curl up, want to die, puke all the time, and can't eat for days. Movement of any kind hurts like hell and I can't use tampons(sorry TMI).
