Seriously get a new doctor. I've also been overweight pretty much the majority of my life. When I started my journey I was over 300 and my lowest weight was 145. I've gained and now am back up to 160 which is why I'm back here but it can be done. Here's my photo for proof!

I would have never told anyone how much I weighed starting out. But I am not ashamed to say I weigh 162 now. I started at over 300. People can judge all they want but most have never been in the same boat. Eff em. Proud of you. It's a hard thing to do.

I make fair day a cheat day with an intense cardio burn. I tend not to skip the gym even on my cheat days that way I don't feel too guilty. Admit it, nothing about fair food is good for you. Any suggestions as to how I can shed excess weight without a sauna or a sweatsuit in there. Like, extra water weight. I generally try and drink a cup of water or find veggies to snack on. Pickles are 5 calories a piece and by the 10th one I'm pretty full lol
