For the pain ibuprofen and chamomile tea and maybe son cinnamon. The tea will help with the cramps and ibuprofen too, take it maybe 30 mins. Before any exercise. Hunger, green bell peppers, or anything that has water. Tons of water. I know is hard n I experience the same thing too foe 2 wks. Out of the month.
