I am eating about 1,000 cal over maintenance a day. I do not seem to gain a pound per week. I hardly notice any weight gain at all.

I work out several times a week. Walking trails. Stretching. And teaching dance. I just limit it to 15-30 minutes to not burn too many cal. Then I eat after.

I tried. My doctor simply laughed and said. Nah. You don't need one. Jus I feel ya girl. This weekend I started getting hit with a flu bug. But I refuse to stay sick so I'm eating as normal no matter what and haven't puked. Just feel lousy. Try protien shakes maybe even gaterade with adding protien powder to it.

I have severe acid reflux which on bad days makes eating hard.

Because my doctor told me to double up on everything.

Do you have a sprouts grocery store where you live? They have so many foods you can eat for gluten free. Including chicken nuggets. Waffles. Hundreds of things. Also try amazon.com for gluten free foods. My mom has what you have and shops there. Also most grocery stores even Walmart and target now have gluten free sections.

I feel ya! I am going for 3,000 cal a day to gain because I have severe acid reflux and I don't feel hungry like I should. I am forcing myself to eat extra small snacks with high cal and protien like crackers and peanut butter. Boost protien shakes. Avocados. My dr always says. Eat every two hours even if you don't feel…

Try drinking boost 3-4 x a day along with 2,000 calories in your diet. I am working towards a 3,000 cal diet a day for myself. I have severe acid reflux and don't always keep my food down so I have to re gain some weight. Good luck!
