Yes I love Len and larrys cookies. But they are expensive where I live about $3 per cookie. I get a few a month. I want both protien and extra calories. I do nuts and nut butters and avocados and oils. But it doesn't help me gain.

Found out I'm allergic to meat. And it puts me in the hospital and I was on a high protien vegetarian diet which messed up my kidney and am told to limit my protien now.

Yes I have specific routine I do. 100 moves is what is had logged in since the day I started. Not in one day. In one day I average about 15-20 work out moves at 3 sets each. I'm currently only doing half raw so like breakfast and snacks are raw. But lunch and dinner are regular meals. And I'm still eating over 2,000 cal a day.

Sounds about right. I'm eating tons of nut butters and I use those mini packs too they are good. Trail mix. Oils. all that. But can't gain the weight back.

Possibly? I am trying to eat more carbs now but I seem to burn it off super quick. Aside from the meat and more carbs nothing else has changed

It's half raw and vegetarian so half my meals are raw. Or first half of day I try to make all raw foods then vegetarian rest of the day but cooked too. If hat makes any sense.

Lol yes I measure my food, activity level 3x week dance for 30 min. 30yr, 5'3 fem. And after each basic work out I eat a heavy snack with high cal.

Home made power smoothies. Add me and check my meal plans for 1000+ cal smoothies. Also do several cups of oatmeal or breakfast add peanut butter or nutella or milk and there's about 900 cal.
