I recently found out I have it as well but I got prescribed a different medication other than birth control,I am trying to conceive so that where I am with pcos it makes it difficult to do that

Please don't feel bad I have fallen too and I am starting over but no one ever said it was going to be easy I just discovered I'm a stress eater any have tips for that as well

I need more active friends as well because I start my journey then I had a really bad weekend and I just realized that I am a stress eater....now I am trying to be back on track so you can add me if you like

Yes I can cut off at a certain time but I didn't know if it matter if it was a certain or just an amount of hours before I got home

I definitely need lots of support my journey started yesterday, I have not ever really taken losing weight seriously until I went to the doctors and I weighed the heaviest I've ever been...I get inspired by others so please add me I know we can do it together
