Fallen off the wagon

So recently I've been eating really badly, I've fallen off the health wagon. Any suggestions to help me get back on?

Nike has had the same slogan for over 25 years because it's so simple and true:
Just do it.
I know...easier said than done. But when you want it badly enough, you'll get yourself back on track. At least, that's always been my experience.
Good luck!0 -
I have a new slogan: There is no wagon.
Eat today like you would want to eat for the rest of your life.0 -
Just get back on. You don't need motivation from anyone else. Your weight is something you control. If you want to lose weight, then stop overeating. It's totally your choice.0

I love this slogan!!0 -
You are 20 and have, by your profile, but a few pounds to lose.
If you really do need to lose them, then just do it, eat properly, as mentioned above.
If you have serious longer term concerns about weight gain and health, not just a obsession born of vanity, then here's your motivation: if you don't rein it in, you'll be 100 pounds overweight by the time you are 40.
Make healthy eating and fitness a life long thing and you'll enjoy all your coming years a heck of a lot more.
Meanwhile... just get out there and do it.
Enjoy your life!0 -

I agree. To me this saying perpetuates the "all or nothing" mindset which generally only leads to failure.
Or, if you like the wagon analogy, I look at it like this: sometimes you're steering, sometimes you're a passenger, and sometimes you're holding on for dear life, but as long as you're alive you'll always be "on the wagon", as the saying implies.0 -
Go buy your healthy food you enjoy eating and just start fresh tomorrow. Just eat healthy all day tomorrow and go from there.0
