@wildthingsmom I've been curious about Stevia as I am eager to break my sugar addiction completely. Is it bitter tasting? I usually sweeten my espresso or coffee with a dash of almond milk but need to remove that too I think?

Oh, and I'm in AZ. October Goals: 1. Keep my food log. 2. Cardio exercise 60 minutes each day. Strength train 3 times a week 3. Reduce 12 hour work day to 8 (that's going to be tricky) 4. Drink more water 5. Give up my wine, at least until the 30 is gone. 6. Increase my sleep; work to be in bed by 12AM, up at 7AM.
