Are you counting your calories or just eating "better" you can still over eat on "healthier" foods. Do you weigh your foods to know how many calories your eating?

Have you ever milked a cow? I have. The cow could care less. Considering a cow is smart enough to not think of its udders as a sex object (unlike the human race) it's not rape. In fact NOT milking a dairy cow can cause the cow extreme pain, inflammation and possible infection leading to the death of said cow.

Our neighborhood has no as in zero street lights (yes I've complained to the city). So no at 11pm I am not walking down the block by myself. Besides how would I have fun imagining the neighbors talking about my mental health status if I did the normal walk around the block?

You know I thought that about the loft house cookies too (160 calories) then I realized a thin bagel (how much does a thin bagel suck!) with a little bit of butter on it was the same calories as my loft house cookies so I said cookie for the win!!! But yes sadly just one cookie

Ty everyone. I will definitely try and watch my fat intake and up my protein. I may just make mine and my Hubbys meals (he's on MFP with me) at the beginning of the week and cook the kids their own meals

Some nutritionist are still stuck on the old you need calories every so many hours to be at ur best health/metabolism. Seems she/he may need some refresher courses in nutrition

I will try and resist my daily sweet everyday lol. I think boiled egg for 70 calories or.... A half a serving of potato chips and the chips win almost every time :D

Like today I haven't added in any snacking yet because I snack normally at night when I'm working on my school work (seriously why do the professors think you need a 5 page paper every week just because your in graduate school? It's the preset ones MFP automatically gave me. I also normally have more calories as I eat back my exercise calories (normally around half to 75% depending on if I had additional exercise I didn't know how to enter in)

Oh and the beef stew had carrots, green beans great northern beans, potatoes, and corn in the beef stew

The quiche is a ham, cheese and spinach quiche and I have veggies included about 3-4 days a week. Mostly spinach carrots green beans and broccoli. Lol 6 pregnancies (all singles) it wasn't so much the "pregnancy" weight I needed to lose as the "I'm pregnant so I'm going to eat whatever I want and use pregnancy as an excuse" weight... Seriously gained 80 lbs with one pregnancy :/
