Thanks Kali :) I need to relax on myself a bit and let myself enjoy this time instead of stressing. Stress would be worse for me than not losing weight lol!

That's true. I need to keep that in mind. I think I just want to hit my goal in 2015? And then hit maintenance mode. But with the holidays I see myself holding still and it frustrates and discourages me a bit. Maybe I just need to enjoy my ride a little more, and focus less on the end goal for right now.

Nope. I tend to eat most things that are already measured? Soups, protein bars, oatmeals, fig bars, veggie chips. There are some foods not measured of course, which is those meals I have out. I try to log them still but some restaurants I go to arent on MFP :/

I actually dont dislike working out! I used to curse out working out and sweating, but I have been working it into my schedule, almost like a routine....So now I enjoy it somewhat. Also, I can still eat some of the foods I used to like :) Also I used to eat a LOTTTTTT of sugar and calories. How the HELL did I stay 150 back…

I do the same thing! I was doing very well, then one day I got stressful news. The second I left work to when I went to bed, I stress ate. I just ate and ate because I couldnt figure out what else to do. Ugh. It's hard for me to put it down. Great job that you did :)!

Planks are good for core. Bicycle crunches :) For legs/butt I do: Squats, sumo squants, pulse while sumo squatting for about 5-10 seconds, I used to do lunges but it hurts my knees but sometimes i do them, donkey kicks, leg raises, glute bridge, one leg glute bridge, one leg raise, leg raises. :)

Oh, I should explain, I did those excersises over the course of about 2 hours? It wasnt purely back to back. I maybe took a little 10 minute break here or there :)

Have you or anyone tried the m and ms? I think it was pumpkin spice? Or was it pumpkin spice chai tea? I want to try it but the bag is huge!!! I see no small bags :|
