Uh...no. You're wrong. I've tried small many meals and big meals throughout the day. I've tried filling foods and veggies and everything. I still overeat and can eat and have eaten just as much at night as I do now. In the end this has worked for me and I'm happy with it.

Same problem with me. I tried a LOT and ultimately settled on not eating during the day. In the beginning I hated it however after three months I learned how to go to a "happy place" while listening to music. So I was in a zone and then time flies by! :) takes me now about 20 minutes to get into that zone and I can go for at least an hour

I used to do stairs for 45 minutes to an hour every other day to every day. It was high intensity, tough, and I lost quite a bit of weight/noticeably more fat. I actually decided to log it, for fun, see how much i ate how fat ill get. Welp, my meal came to like, 1700 calories? LOL Really not bad at all. I thought I would honestly hit 3000 for the day. Pretty pleased with myself, I enjoyed that meal immensely! :) Happy thanksgiving everyone!

Thank you! I have a goal weight, but I already got into the clothes (which was my main goal not a number). But I worried if I ate at maintanence now if perhaps I would lose being able to fit in the clothes with the 5lbs.

Today I found 'Butternut squash soup with apple' from publix deli, its apparently like 250 calories per 8oz? HECK YES I am very happy :) I enjoyed that soup SO.VERY.MUCH. I will be keeping an eye out for it again. However, I wish I knew if there was a canned version so I can have it when I so want. Time to google! :)

I personally think it's up to you. If you don't feel well doing excersising on an empty stomach I don't suggest it. Im a 5'4 pear shape. I was 177 and a juniors 13, ladies 10 At 160 I was 11/ladies 8 At 148 I can just get into a size 9/ladies 6....also a size 4 dress ;) So I think about 10lbs per weight loss or so? Maybe 15?
