I do 15 minutes of high intensity aerobics and 20 mins of dancing everyday.. Is it better to climb up and down stairs for 45 minutes everyday? Because I am getting bored of the same kind of work out everyday..

Not surprising. Cardio is boring. Just do what you enjoy.

I used to do stairs for 45 minutes to an hour every other day to every day. It was high intensity, tough, and I lost quite a bit of weight/noticeably more fat. It was great in that regard...however
    It kills the knees lol!
I actually got used to my knees being sore. I woke up in the morning and they hurt when i bent them. It was not a good thing or a good sign. So now I only do elliptical, I burn the same amount if not slightly less, and no aches or pains! :)
I think do what makes you happy but listen to your body!!

cardio is so boring I fall asleep doing it :)
Seriously, mix it up. I cant see doing stairs for 45 min being all that fun though :)

In the beginning I hated it however after three months I learned how to go to a "happy place" while listening to music. So I was in a zone and then time flies by! :) takes me now about 20 minutes to get into that zone and I can go for at least an hour

Most of my "cardio" is cycling in beautiful countryside. Not boring at all.

I do 15 minutes running and 30-40 minutes boxing every day, I could never get bored of that
