This just reminds me of this girl on youtube who is SO hard on herself about "eating clean" all the time. She even does dairy free 6 days a week and I just think its madness! To make yourself feel so bad about food is ridiculous. Shes super healthy and tall and lean. I recognize I do this to but not as bad. Its just sad

my mom did weight watchers and lost 45 lbs and had cheat days once a week. Meaning she ate whatever she wanted to that day. Shes since gained maybe 10 lbs but she is still ate a great weight and she works out harder then anyone I know and manages it somehow.

I used to but now I just log everything and eat at maintence on Saturdays. I tend to overestimate calories & "bank" calories too for the weekends, just in case.

Ehh I drink one day and I notice it makes me fuller bc of the carbonation. I enjoy having one with my dinner bc I drink water pm allll day long.

I went 3 weeks without any losses showing and then BAM I had lose 2 lbs. Dont get discouraged!

I have about 9 more lbs I want to lose so far I've lost 5, and I've been doing .5 a week. I typically dont eat all my daily calories (usually have 200-400) left over. It just depends on the day, I also do this bc I tend to eat more on weekends so I'd rather have some wiggle room for those days. I also overestimate even if…

Thank ya. I def will. I've had to take a day and half off because of missing sleep and I wont do it again. I have pretty bad OCD/anxiety my OCD is purely obsessional thoughts and I think this becoming apart of it. I worry about my sleep so I need to treat it just as I would my other OCD type thoughts.

I work out 50-60 mins doing a mixture of cardio and strength training. Some days I jog also.

Yeah, I want to lose about 10-15 lbs depending how I feel after 10 lbs. Its taken me about two and a half months to lose 5 lbs BUT I wanted to lose .5 a week so its actually right where I need to be. I'd rather it take longer and be able to maintain then try and lose quickly.

No I ate carbs and sugar and lose 13 lbs before..restarting now and Ive lost 5 lbs in the last couple months

The thing was I took two melatonin before bed and fell asleep but woke back up and couldnt fall back asleep. I decided to take one more after that.

Took a shower last night at 1:30 am also and after i got out I shortly fell asleep. Wish we had a bath for times like that!

we live by a train so sometimes that will wake me up at night. not much to do there, but i appreciate all of the good techniques you all have given :)

You've gotta really want it, keep going forward, and doing give up so easily! I used to give up when I didnt lose after a month or so, dont do it!

This was nice to read! Ive always gotten discouraged at the number on the scale. Meaning as Ive only went down a couple lbs since the end of Jan and its discouraging at times. But I wanna be happy and healthy and thats all that matters

I have gotten better at getting frustrated at 1-2 lb fluctuations. As others have said use happy scale to track your progress and it will help!

Just give it time, dont give up! I hadnt seen a change for a couple weeks too and this past week I've went down a 1.5 lb! Youve just gotta stick with it and re-evaluate if you still arent seeing changes after a month or so.

I get nervous doing even though I make sure to weigh everything and log it. I'm still afraid I might miss something somehow so I just dont even bother.

I felt like I was at a plateau for twoish weeks too. Weighed in yesterday morning after not weighing in since the 19th of feb and I was down two lbs! So I've realized to just keep going at it
