Nervous for my vacation this year!
Every year in around january (for the past 3 years) I get back on the MFP train and lose the weight I want to lose but I always take a vacation gain maybe 1-2 lbs but when I get back I have fallen off the MFP wagon and its like I forget what I worked so hard for! What weight do you log in MFP?
I use happyscale daily and typically I would take a 7 day average or 5 day whatever works easiest. There's also a moving avg that shows on happyscale and right now it says 132.0 would it be okay to log that? Ive heard some people log their lowest out of 7 days but that kind of feels like cheating.

Question about popcorn calories
So on the box of cals it shows the calories for popped and unpopped. 2 tbsp unpopped is 150 cals where as a cup popped is 25.
