Feeling good and motivated!

As of two Fridays ago I am down two lbs! I have been using happy scale to track my daily fluctuations so that I can see weight loss isnt always going to be linear. I've also been using a new workout regimen (fitness blender channel on youtube) and I really feel like I am getting a great workout every single day, I sweat buckets and feel myself getting stronger! Its also payday for me! How is everyone else feeling this friday?

So far so good. I have desk job & it can get really boring sitting while you work. Before I cleaned up my diet I was like a zombie the last half of the day. Now I am alert & ready to go all day long. I am glad the light bulb went off in my head & I am on my way. 18lbs to go for me & I feel confident I will make it happen...
