For awhile now I have been losing at a pretty slow pace. I really buckled down the beginning of February and (finally) figured out that my food scale could actually switch to grams (the button was on the bottom of the scale, DUH!) :p So since then I have been accurately weighing everything out and I've started a new workout regimen, I use fitnessblender workout videos and they are great! I feel great and even though I've only really lost two lbs since then (my goal is .5 a week) I still am happy with the progress. I used to compare how I so easily lost a couple of years ago before my wedding and how it stinks that it seems to be coming off slower now, but I am focusing on the present not the past! I realize now it may take longer but its a journey not a destination. Don't give up guys!! keep pushing through it and eventually before you know it you'll be happy you kept on going :) Happy friday!
