Question about popcorn calories

So on the box of cals it shows the calories for popped and unpopped. 2 tbsp unpopped is 150 cals where as a cup popped is 25. I weigh it out by grams if I go by weight (a serving size is 4.5 cups) it ends up being about 110 cals rounding up a bit. Is that right or do I need to go by the cals of unpopped lol sorry if it's a stupid question....

Based on cals per cup in brands like Skinny pop (39 cals per cup), I'd say the 110 per 4.5 cups sounds right (assuming you are air popping or using extremely minimal oil).0

I use an entry based on weight. I think it is like 140 cals per ounce.0

Use the weight popped... And I assume that their is no oil or butter and this for straight air popped...0

I weigh the bag before I pop it, and use that.0 -
The little tiny bags can be 100 calories, the big bags are usually around 400 calories. Microwave popcorn math is insane.0

How! Damn then I've been eating more then I thought it says 25 per cup so I figured if it's 4.5 cups per bag its around 115-120 cals damn I'm mad at myself now0
