Yeah I wanted to start daily weigh ins but I get mad if I fluctuate at weekly weigh ins so I can't imagine feeling horrible everyday. Although I know fluctuations are normal I still can't help it.

I'm nervous but I will just be watching my caloric intake up until christmas eve and then try and portion as much as I can on christmas eve, and on Christmas I won't be tracking because like everyone else said I just want to enjoy the day.

lose .5 a week. I guess whats discouraging is bc my weight wasn't fluctuating at all for like 3 weeks it was staying between 133.4-133.6 and even if I would weigh in the evening it would stay the same. Now this week it has been fluctuating to 137 :/

This is what I figured out. It was getting tricky and I realized it was a little unrealistic to try and lose a lb a week and expect it to happen so fast. I figure this way I won't get discouraged either

lol well it also tells me I am overweight by 9 lbs... I don't look or feel overweight at all either. So I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum?

I'm 5"3 currently 135 my goal weight is 120-125. I was happy with myself when I was at 125 two summers ago.

I would say I'm sedentary. I'm a teachers aide for both reading where I'm sitting from about 8-11 in the morning and then I work with autistic prek aged kids from 12-2:30 so I am definitely up moving a lot with them. I exercise 5 days a week varying walking/jogging or doing some type of weight lifting

Yeah I won't be logging on Christmas eve or Christmas, that time is meant for family and giving presents + eating yummy food! I just try not to go TOO crazy!

I am 5"3 about 135 and I have an average BMI and am not overweight, just have a big booty and wide hips! I've worn a 8 since I was like 16 (I'm 26 now)

I had subway AND wendys yesterday and was 100 over my calorie goal whoops :wink: its okay though because today I am right back on track!

I typically use a walking/running app (brain fart as to the name right now) and it tells me I burn around 200 if I am lightly jogging/walking for 30-35 min, which I feel is pretty correct.

A couple of years ago I lost about 15 lbs in a few months and had a "cheat" day every saturday. This means I would eat a donut for breakfast, sometimes fast food for lunch and out for dinner. Another question is, in the summer I wasn't working (I am a teacher) and I would weigh at around 9-10 in the morning bc that is when I woke up. Thanks guys, I am trying not to sweat it too much as all of my clothes fit the exact same and I don't think I look any different from when I was at the 130-132 range. I become a bit obsessive with the scale at times which is hard because I tend to be hard on myself then.
