  • My run today was 10km at 9:02/mile at 5500 feet altitude. I'm training for a fitness test that requires me to pass with a higher pace. I still need to run approximately one minute faster at least.
  • Simply start eating healthy. Seriously. After I stop eating junk food and sugars my body did not crave them anymore. If today I was to go into a burger joint I would feel like crap for three days. I made small changes at the time to get use to it. Start shopping at a healthier store like Nature Grocers, Sprouts,…
