  • I drink green tea because I like it. I have heard it increases your metabolism & suppresses hunger. Mostly, if I feel snacky, it feels comforting to have something in my hands (warm cup of tea) and something warm to consume that is zero calories & feels temporarily filling.
  • Thank you *all* for your thoughts on this. I will log everything, even if I fall off the wagon. I will try to look at my weekly calories & plan for one "cheat" (aka, to me - excessive) meal a week: my date night dinner once a week with my husband Thank you all again! Be great, you are all great!
  • Eek! A day off then? Lol I was just curious if people thought this helped or hurt their overall progress
  • Wow, that's awesome! That's inspiring to me. I just started a few days ago but lost 1+ lbs by tracking calories and not over eating :)
  • It sounds like you feel guilty. I hear a lot about what's going on but you're losing you! Maybe an eating disorder but try some things 1. Coloring books for adults (intricate mandalas to color) - keep your hands busy and your mind zen 2. No food in the car.
  • Yoga is amazing for just that! I have a great yoga teacher that does a gentle flow class. It feels like being hypnotized, it's relaxing and a great way to love your body. Def try it if you have the chance
  • That's great! I just started yesterday but I feel the same way :)
  • Thank you Tris!
  • Friend me too! I was talking with someone whose friend had an eating disorder and what she does is she uses those new coloring books for adults with all the really intricate detail. The idea is to keep your hands busy and your mind in zen Hope this helps!
