Would it be a good idea to switch my goal to lose 1lb per week then instead of 2? Or just keep it where it is and eat make the exercise calories?

I do actually use a food scale to measure and track everything I eat and log everything. Except for those occasional days I eat something that's harder to track. But 99% of the time everything is measured in one way or another and tracked.

I am so tired of mfp not syncing consistently with Fitbit. It was working last night and this morning now I can't get it to update my steps no matter what I do. It's so inconvenient to have to unlink them and relink repeatedly to try to force them to communicate.

How is the Apple Watch working with mfp? Are you liking it? I've only ever used Fitbit and am looking to make the move to an Apple Watch, just don't like getting into unfamiliar territory with how AW syncs with everything.
