Right now I'm doing squat everyday style Bulgarian method. The volume is relatively low but the frequency is very high. Working up to a 1 rep max everyday day. Then drop back sets. It's working wonders right now. My daily minimum is higher that my max was when I started a month ago.

Get my total to 1000lbs. 25 to go! I think I can get 10 on my squat in no time.

Your English is a bit hard to decipher but I gather you burn 300 doing cardio. Then do an hour of wieght training. Depending on intensity I'd say it's a safe modest guess to put you around 500-600 calories burned in total.

How long till you join? It may be better to be heavier. Just run alot and don't restrict calories below maintenence. Proformance over looks with that lifestyle. Lift heavy and get strong before you go. I'm assuming you are going infantry with this advice.

Oh crap my bad. A hip circle! Ya it forces you to push knees out to improve your form and to warm up aswell. Some people's knees shoot in under a heavy load.

It makes the wieght lighter at the bottom when the band is hardly engaged then heavy at the top. People do it all the time to help get them out of the whole in a squat with high wieght or get the bar off the floor with a heavy deadlift.

Ya generally you lose weight from the top down. The bottom two are by far the hardest to get to see.

Just embrace the bulk. Bulk till you hate yourself haha. But really don't sweat a bad day. Just stay on track afterwards.

In my opinion wieghts are what you should focus on. You have a sense of progression other than looking at a scale. Compound movements will burn more calories than cardio and make you stronger. Cardio is a good supplement to burn a few extra calories. I was 260lbs and dropped to 168 in a year and a bit. Now floating around…

I haven't isolated abs in along time but, decline situps holding a plate did the trick. Now I just leave it to squats and deadlifts for core strength.

Just take it slow. Try not to rely on dairy for protien or you might feel sick.
