Well truthfully fruit is human food. All of our senses are wired to locate fruit. In most human diets fruit is the best smelling item that we eat. Skwaats. Squats can help build muscle, fill out and shape you legs. You really cant spot reduce fat but encouraging blood flow to areas can promote wieght loss a little tiny bit.

Add peanut butter to everythimg if you like it. U can buy those stupid high calorie shakes with like 1400 cals per serving if all else fails.

Sedentary is literally bed ridden. Lightly Active is you get up. active is you actively seeking out activity. Very active is you are training for something.

Beans, veg , literally all cereals. I end up eating like 3 times the fiber requirement

Beans are really ur best bet I think unless u buy like meatless meats. Some of them have really good low carb macros. Or just protien powders. But don't be afraid of carbs.
