I know this sounds stupid. But i jog around my flay. From room to room and track it on my phone using MapMyWalk. That's just me, because I also do t have enough space to for a treadmill. But maybe you can use it during the day and avoid times that may disturb your neighbour?

I agree with the second comment at the top, about speaking to the doctor. I know this is slightly different but last year I had a hormonal implant put in and I tried almost everything and I failed miserably on losing weight. However my "diet" just prevented me from putting on more weight like some women on this implant do.…

Might sound a little bad but i try to eat everything within my calorie daily limit. I'm syrian so most my meals are traditional syrian dishes (generally it's a good mix of veg protein and carbs) But what's working for me most is portion control at dinner time. Especially with the carbs. I find that less carbs ay dinner…

My husband and I battled this in only one way. We stopped buying them. We used to go through packets of biscuits in one sitting. We starred going shopping as normal. Putting what we craved in the basket at the beginning of our shopping trip. Then along the way we'd substitute each unhealthy item for something else we…

I have the flex Was obsessed over it for the first few weeks. But then i realised it's doing what i already was doing with MyFitnessPal along with MapMyWalk. Unfortunately I came to think about it as a fancy expensive pedometer. But to be fair it has a great app. That keeps you motivated

I found that when eating 1300 with -500 for breastfeeding (total 1800) i lost no weight at all (as well as excersizing when I can) So now I take brewers yeast supplement for my milk and I'm on roughly 1300/1500…

I've read online that it can have an affect on weight. I've not had it though, I've had the nexplanon implant, I think it's similar hormones? I found it incredibly difficult to lose weight with it

Thank you everyone for the advice! I might just go back to logging like before at 1300, since I'm probably eating more than that like many of you suggested, because tbh i weigh my small meals but when i cook dinner, so many different ingredients, I tend to just give it an estimate Thanks again. I shall wait and see if…
