how do you celebrate your weight loss?
As the title says. I've just lost my first 5kg (i think 10 lb) how do you celebrate? I'm so accustomed to going out for dessert, but it seems wrong this time?

*Newbie* what excersizes do you do on leg day/ tummy and upper body days?
I'm very very new to excersize, i randomly do squats and lunges for my legs and triceps dips and weights for arms. I want to structure my week, so i have 2 leg days and 2 days for my core and 1 for upper body. Are there other areas that need targeting? and what do i do on each of these day? Really clueless :)

Anyone breastfeeding? I'm breastfeeding my 5 week old son and determined to start calorie control diet and exercise once i hit the 6 week mark. I aim to loose around 0.5/1kg a week, but I'm not sure what daily calorie intake is healthy for losing weight at that pace without affecting my milk supply?
