Wow that is a big difference. Yes I had that problem before. Not personally but ladies came to do weigh ins in my local community centre. And I sat and watched, most of them were saying how the scales were wrong be 4 or 5 kg and it changed on didn't surfaces. We were in the basement room, so we found a flat concrete…

I don't know what's right but I've been trying to get at least 1000 calories in a day. Just to make sure I don't liar it in anything

Ice started to count the times I chew. Aim to chew each mouthful around 30 times Trust me it's time consuming lol

I struggled with this! Still do sometimes, I have a toddler and a baby and breastfeeding. So I just put it down to my body demanding more sugar for milk. But deep inside I know it's because that's the only time without the kids and my only resting time lol so what I found works for me, is to allocate one treat per night…

Don't we all

My dream body was what I had before pregnancy and marriage lol so that's from 6 years ago, at 55kg I have 13 kg to go and already lost 15kg, (put on so much weight with 2 pregnancies) But it won't be the same boobs aren't as firm, stretch marks and wobbly bits

Hey I'm 22, lost 9kg and have another 18kg to go! Also a mother of 2 :) Sending a request

I'm breastfeeding my 5 month old. I have found that eating around 1400 works best for me. So do a little trial and error to see at what calorie deficit you lose beat.

A tbp of nutella does it for me it's around 100 calories. But do weigh it. I'm breastfeeding and I get really really strong sugar cravings.

I have with the nexplanon implant. My weight wouldn't budge no matter how little I ate. After reading reviews online, I realised it's the hormones to blame. The hormones trick your body into thinking your pregnant so your body thinks it's expecting. So many women end up putting on weight when on contraception. For me my…

I have 2 babies. So the gym is out of the question. I Do squats/ wall pushups/jog on spot/stretches in the shower and whilst waiting for the kettle/microwave to finish. Basically I try to fit anything in 1 or 2 minute intervals where I'm waiting for something. Because at the end of the day "waiting" is time being wasted. a…

Yes very realistic. I understand you want to lose around 7lb in around 6weeks? That's a very healthy weight loss, because it's considered healthy to lose up to 2.2lb (1kg) a week. If you can keep up all the excersize then well done, but some people like myself prefer to start off with something little so I can build my way…

I eat that week (this last week) and just expect not to lose weight that week but i still log in everything i eat and i try not to over do it

Not me, but my mother did. She was given tablets that "burn fat". This is discussion sorry for TMI but she told me that when shed visit the bathroom for #2 she'd see oil coming out first.

Oh I've lost 8kg so far

I tracked every calorie I ate even if it meant that I went way over my day limit it just motivated me to decrease the red negative Nymet for the next day. I have double pram with two babies weighing around 20kg together plus pram that's 35kg i walk around 2 hours a day pushing that thing around. I walk to take my daughter…

It took me 2 months until I noticed any weight loss. Weight yourself naked, first thing in the morning sheet you visit the bathroom. Be patient.

Water, low calorie fruit and veg and soups. They do the trick on fasting days :) I've not tried it for weight loss, but tried it because in my faith it's recommended to fast 2 days a week. (No food or drink from dawn to dusk) I found having dates and a glass of milk at dawn helped me keep my energy levels up during the day…

Lentil soup. Plus very low calorie! I'm full on around 50 calories worth of lentils, plus 30 calories from a chicken stock cube and water and blend

Like someone mentioned, just eat what you think is with your calories. Personally I avoid pastries made with puff pastry (most of them) because puff pastry is sooooi high in calorie and I don't find it worth it. How ever (personal preference) I would get a cheesecake because I love cheesecakes and think they are with my…

Youtube videos, squats, lunges. I also jog up and down my halfway and in and it off rooms lol jog on the spot too Lots you can do at home :)

Hey zoe, I just checked your diary. Forgive me if I'm mistaken. But you've only been logging in since 2nd Jan. It's not a long enough period to see real results. But keep it up!
-
There's a lot of great advice here. But I don't know how long you've been logging? I've been logging every single day for around 4 months. The first 2 months i last near to nothing, just around 2 kg. But then suddenly without changing anything I started losing 1kg a week, that lated for a few weeks. Then again my weight…

Haha I feel your pain, I have this with my in laws. I've started to eat a very low calorie breakfast or lunch if I know I'm going to be eating dinner at someone's house. Then I fill my plate with salad and or veg and a smaller portion of the actual meal. And the key is to eat slowly, so you can time yourself to finish your…

I sold mine, sheet being overly obsessed for a week, my husband pointed out it's just a fancy pedometer that I want actually using :/ I log my food on MFP and my excersize on MapMyFitness, but i must admit I loved the sleep tracking

If the chicken is fillet then yes. If it's the mashed up processed chicken then no they are horrible
-
I'll be very honest, although it may not sound good. I'm also 4 months part partum, but i started at bang on 6 weeks pp. It took a lot of trial and error to discover what worked best with my body. To start with, when i breastfed my first child I lost no weight at all. Despite many claiming the eight will just drop off. >.…

I weigh it dry and usually had the amount of calories in the pack. Then after i cook it i estimate how much i ate Eg i usually cook 1 cup dry, a put around 1/4 or 1/3 on my plate and the rest is for hubby/child
