  • Throw them in a blender...with some protein powder, water or milk, 1tbls peanut butter (or pb2 powder if you have it) and whatever fruit is laying around :-) Beets are great in smoothies and the PB + Fruit usually mask the taste! (you can do the same recipe with spinach too)
