Was going to just chop them up and put on my salad raw(how i usually eat them), but what else can I do that's quick and easy? Thank you! The can says to microwave them, but that sounds kind of weird....

I soak it overnight in it's juices with grated ginger and Chia seeds, then mix in a little Greek yogurt the next day. Fuchsia pudding. My daughter can't believe it's natural.

I pair mine with goat cheese and eat them both on salad. I'm boring.

Here a link I found with 30 beet recipes. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/01/12/beet-recipe-recipes-photos_n_4597961.html

My Mom always drained the liquid from the can added a little sliced onion, vinegar and oil. She served it as a side salad. It is sweet and sour, really good!

Heat them and serve with butter......that's the only way I had them growing up. Yummy.

I'm intrigued by the Fuchsia pudding....love ginger.

Throw them in a blender...with some protein powder, water or milk, 1tbls peanut butter (or pb2 powder if you have it) and whatever fruit is laying around :-) Beets are great in smoothies and the PB + Fruit usually mask the taste! (you can do the same recipe with spinach too)

What about making some Borscht? Add some stock, onions, fresh dill, carrots and heat. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and enjoy! Delicious.

Beetroot out of a can is already cooked. You can eat it on salads, on sandwiches it's nice with other salad veggies or on burgers and yes you can use it in borscht as said about. Add the juice from the can as well.

I ended up sautéing them with stevia, salt, garlic powder, and a little chili powder and then topped with goat cheese and broiled for a little!(: the whole plate consisted of the beets, eye of round, and brown rice(:

Borscht is my go to with beets. You'll find that there are tons of different versions out there. The one I grew up on and make is a little complicated but so delicious and extremely nutritious. It has meat, beans, cabbage, peppers, beets, potatoes, carrots,.. It's so yummy. It's kind of a lengthy recipe, but so worth it. If anyone wants it you can message me and I'll give you the recipe.
