I personally have success when I start out slow. I ease myself back into my positive routine, and that helps me be successful. Don't do too much all at once - if you're like me, it might overwhelm you. Best of luck - you can do this!

Everyone else has already said it so wonderfully, but it truly does get better. I sort of link my hunger issues with my anxiety issues - I try to focus on my coping skills when either gets bad. I think an important thing to do is stop and focus on why you are wanting that food. Are you bored? Are you emotional? Or are you legit hungry? Exactly. I think a lot of people think it is some 'magic cure', and that is so far from the case. The cravings don't go away. Eventually, you can go right back to eating the same crap you were before. It is a majorly helpful tool, yes, but it takes so much more work.

Definitely my stomach. Most of my excess weight is in my tummy. My lower tummy is being extra stubborn, and is barely moving. UGH :s

ANYONE should be allowed to shave whatever they please on their body. Men OR women. I could care less if my husband wanted to shave his legs, it's his body and his choice.

It is 100% doable. I personally have success when I include exercise, but that isn't necessary. You can do it!
