I'm a 36dd so I have to get a bra with underwire. I love VS' incredible, I got mine during the semi-annual sale. It's unfortunate that we have to pay so much for a good, supportive sports bra. Coupons and sales are my best friends.

Maybe this is why I felt like *kitten* after eating about 10 huge pieces of raw broccoli

I have one. We wor out 3 days a week, sometimes 4 if we just happen to be there at the same time and he doesnt have a client. He helps me out alot, with out him I'd never reach the heights that I have in the past 1.5 years. It's totally worth it, personally. When I "worked out " alone, I wouldn't even dream of doing the…

Put a bottle of water next to your bed, maybe that will help

It drives me nuts. I use MFP for the forum. I've lost a good amount of weight without calorie counting. I eat a little more than I used to but alot healthier too. I owe alot of it to working out 4-5 days a week

I'm in the same boat. My trainer always yells at me for it, the only thing I can say is "I'm trying" it's alot Hardee than it seems.

I went to a free session. Thought it was fun, definitely different than what I'm used to. The only problem that I had was the heart rate monitor, my boobs were making it extremely hard to get accurate numbers lol #bigboobprobz. If I wasn't already in a plan with my trainer I'd consider it

When I was bigger, I wouldn't dare wear leggings. But now I wear them lol funny Oh I'm 5'5 as well and I went from 198 to 175 in about a year. It's totally doable. Good luck

Yup. It's my only day off so I'm going to do an early morning fasted cardio session and maybe some weights..haven't thought that far ahead yet
-
I have. But there was a deeper issue
-
Yup I'm pretty much always hungry now. Before I could literally go a whole work day on cereal or a bagel. Now every 2-3 hrs I need to eat again.
-
Same with me. My butt and thighs won't let me be great lol
-
American Eagle jeans are my go to when it comes to pants. I suggest the jegging super stretch

My #1 tip for weight loss is, do not compare!!! It'll drive you nuts

Evening after work, workouts are a must. I will never be a morning person, ever.

I love Lenny and Larry cookies. I know it's not a bar, but they're good. Lots of protein too.

SW 198 CW 175 GW 160(my goal by January) I will add you as a friend !

I've done twice a day before. I wasn't beat, but it got the job done. My later work out was the more intense one. I can't do too much at 9am lol
-
Proper squats were so hard for me, I just pretended that I was sitting
-
Yup I drink a 96oz bottle during the work day. Luckily, my supervisor is a "fitchick" and understands my struggle lol
-
I'm in the same boat. Monday, wednesday, and Friday I'm in the gym after my 1st job with my trainer, sundays I'm alone and Tuesdays and Thursdays I work my 2nd job so who knows what time I'm out of there(retail) it's hard because I want to work out but after a 10+ hour work day I just want to rest.

If you have snapchat look up "therealdrmaimi" he does them in real time. You can see how it's done

I hate that my boobs are getting smaller. They're getting saggy :( I also vote for the VS sports bras, they're a bit pricey but you can always find a coupon or when they have the semi-annual sale They're like half off. I need to try under Armour, though
-
Of course, I'd never put anyone down for that. I know the struggle, but when you're complaining and being a Debbie downer on someone else's accomplishments it's not fair.

I've been wanting to lose it since 2012, but life got in the way and the weight just kept coming. I basically support myself, so i chose work over getting healthy. Now I have time and I'm financially able to do what I need to do.
