When I bench I warmup with bar 12 reps 85 10 reps 95 5-6 reps 105 (2 more reps than last time) 1 rep 115 8 reps 95 Im woried about the second 95 set because I got 95 ten times two sets but I did not max 115

Thats pretty concerning hope all comes out well. The thing that confuses me is the only excercise this occurs with is Squatting and its pretty off and on. One rep it could happen slightly another it may not. Also I dont feel pain outside of the gym ever only when squatting lol. Ive been doing stretches and icing hoping its…
