I drew this tattoo myself, I have a love on music being a pianist, my grandmas middle name was Lillian hence the lily and the music notes have 12 11 12 in them for when I got with my amazing other half, the heart is a treble clef and bass clef. I so love my tattoo

I burnt 1250 calories by hour and half swimming, 2 hours in the gym and walking. I ate just over 1100 calories equalling -50. I only do this around once a fortnight. I am confused now as I was under the impression that you stick to the calories without eating what you burn???? Could it be I'm effectively starving my Body?β¦

Welcome and well-done for starting your journey. My advice would be keep things simple at the beginning, you can make your head explode with diets, carbs, sugars etc etc. I would recommend doing excerise even if it's a ten minute walk a day and gradually add on more time. I started gym on day 1 I could only do 5 mins onβ¦
