Help needed please!
I’m currently at 200lb I exercise 6 times a week and burn around 11k/ 3hours average those days, Sunday rest day. How many calories should I be eating to sustain as currently on 1200 and feel like I’m becoming more lethargic everyday and the weight just ain’t moving. Any help appreciated thanks!

Advice to help frustration!
Does anyone else get the same thing? Yesterday I ate just over 1100 calories and I burnt 1,250. Jump on the scales and I've put 1.4lb on! Nothing more disheartening. I burn around 600 5 days a week I stick to the calorie goal 99% already lost 3stone but this seems to be getting more regular and weight loss slowing down.…
