I’m currently at 200lb
I exercise 6 times a week and burn around 11k/ 3hours average those days, Sunday rest day. How many calories should I be eating to sustain as currently on 1200 and feel like I’m becoming more lethargic everyday and the weight just ain’t moving. Any help appreciated thanks!

What proportion of your exercise calories do you eat back?1

Eat more. Your body isn't getting the fuel it needs for such a rigorous workout routine! Change your MFP goal to lose 1lb per week instead of 2lbs, and eat back at least 50% of the calories you burn during your workouts. Your final calorie intake, after accounting for all the exercise, shouldn't be lower than 1200 calories and, at your weight, should probably be much higher to lose weight at a sustainable rate.1

did you set your stats in MFP? what did it say to eat? (and from that you eat back a reasonable estimate of your exercise).
1200 sounds much too low.
but also, how long has it been since you (A) started tracked your eating and (B) started your exercise
