Help needed please!

I’m currently at 200lb
I exercise 6 times a week and burn around 11k/ 3hours average those days, Sunday rest day. How many calories should I be eating to sustain as currently on 1200 and feel like I’m becoming more lethargic everyday and the weight just ain’t moving. Any help appreciated thanks!
