I like seeing some of hints on the show and like that everyone stays in for the long haul it seems a lot more positive and I think their results will last longer than that other weight show I liked the recipe for the egg cups...easy to remember

I can't see your diary to know what you eat, but How about if you took the pressure off and focused on getting in only nutritional foods for a couple weeks, and/or made just one small change that you would like to make with your eating/fitness. Good luck, your diet sounds very balanced and be patient. I have to keep telling my self, it took a lot of time for the weight to creep on, it's going to time and patience for it to go away. I try to think of this whole thing as a long term lifestyle change, not so much a diet.

My advice is make one tiny little change that you think you can stick with that will help meet your calorie deficit. My first one was stop eating after 7:30 pm, next I took out added sugar, next I added more veggies..those things have helped me control my calories, but they took 4 months before they were a habit, ugh!…
