I took a cooking class on the Oregon coast... they said to cut the large fillet in equal individual slices then roast or grill low and slow approx 250 degrees 20 minutes or so. That way the fat renders, stays moist without it turning white...you don't want to see white

I like eating the white part if a hard boiled egg in between meals- I make a bunch and keep in fridge. The process of peeling and eating is very satisfying to me + the protein is 👍

I have trigger foods I can never eat...costco cake, cheese cake, cinnamon rolls and donuts waaah of well at least I can remember how they taste! If I want to cheat then its loading on up on veggies and other healthy items

I shred them and mix with egg white and a bit of coconut flour and cinnamon the spread on parchment paper and bake at 350/400 for yummy hasbrowns

For me I had to take out white sugar and most carbs...it's regulating my blood sugar now when I am craving something to munch I will go to fruit, broccoli, cabagge cauliflower or zucchini ...i am shocked it is working so well bc i am used to majorly pigging out on chips popcorn licorice etc around 3 pm each day...complete…

Grated zucchini in place of rice Coconut flour for reg flour Eggs in the morning in place of cereal/milk

Rotisserie chicken (no skin), fresh spinach leaves, a tomato chopped and 1/2 cup of Costco coconut curry sauce. Microwave in large bowl for 2 min. About 300 cal but very filling!

I forgot to mention, I also add 1 T coconut milk and spread on lightly greased parchment, bake at 375 for 15 minutes or so. Might increase temp last couple min.

Cook ground turkey (seasoned with cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder) on low covered to keep as much moisture. Spoon on top of steamed broccoli rice and zucchini noodles. Top with 6 tablespoons of panama jack organic salsa (Costco 5 cal per 2 T)
