All the diets I've tried worked. I'm the one that dropped the ball.

One serving of PB2 = 55 calories, one serving of regular peanut butter = 190 calories.
-
Isn't this all just a moot point seeing as so much of the data is just estimated. And no I don't eat back my exercise calories.( just my choice, no judgement intended here.)
-
Rice cakes with PB2 (about 1/4 the cals of regular PB) and thin sliced Bananas.
-
Wow...
-
Spur Tree Jamacian hot sauce ( Scotch Bonnets and little else). Habenaro grinders from the super market ( Habs and nothing else). Read labels is your best defence with sodium.

Daily, same time after toilet and shower routine. Record 1-2 times per week. Do it the way you are most satisfied doing it.
-
A stupid question here, have you tried it IN coffee? With some sweetener ?
-
Beans, chicken, whey shakes, tuna, low fat cottage cheese. Google foods high in protein.
-
Dump the cookies and put in 160 calories of brown rice. Make the BR ahead of time in the correct cal range you want frozen in zip lock bags . Good carbs..

There is no silver bullet to health and weight loss.

No I don't eat back calories. If I set up my "life style" correctly on MFP, I have enough calories and get enough nutes from a good diet and supplements. In fact I treat these exercise calories lost as sort of a bonus deficit and don't track them. That's just me and good luck with whatever works for you.

I also find it's better for me to weigh myself at the same point in the day. For me it's right after I get up, and after my shower and toilet routine. If I vary my weigh in time, I may have eaten, had coffee etc.
-
One a day isn't bad as a supplement. I could never eat 5 per day.
-
Like the above said, no silver bullet on this. Just determination and hard work with the firm belief it's what you need to do.. You aren't in this alone, we're fighting with you for our future.

Protein powder in a shaker bottle put in the gym bag. After the workout I add cold water to the powder and shake it up. I drink it on the way home in the car.

Follow the doctors outline, it's only a short time. Not a big deal. I'm 64 and have had a number of them. Only suggestion is have some sugar free gum on hand for the Hungary moments etc.

Envy, of your looks and efforts. You go girl !!

Get your nutes from a good diet. You can supplement those foods with a good vitamin and perhaps some fish oil (Omegas ) These extras don't need to be high buck stuff, just a good product source. Far more cost effective.
-
If you like spicy food, try sprinkling a little red pepper into the cottage cheese.
-
I second ON. A little more expensive but worth it.
-
I like to really load up the veggies. While NOT zero calories at least it's very low and fills you up. Then eat chicken or fish or tofu for protein. Choices are the name of the game. It only gets harder as you get older. (64 here)

Sorry I should have added, I am border line type 2.

Yes I take it, 1000 mg per day. I have taken it for a number of years. It has never keep me from losing weight. Try taking your meds after eating if you aren't already doing so. Drop enough weight and exercise, you MAY be taken off (by the doctor) Metformin. Good luck, and keep on plan..

I eat Quest bars for the nutrient not so much the taste. If I was looking for great taste I sure wouldn't be eating ANY protein bar.

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard whey protein. 120 calories, 24 grams protein, 90- 1 scoop servings per zip lock container. 49.99 at Costco.
