  • I was doing light cardio at the gym within 2 weeks. It was a month and a half before I did any weights. I was definitely tempted to do my normal workout because I felt fine, but really my breasts needed time to heal. Don't rush it, implants are a long term thing and risking damage just isn't worth it.
  • Ina Garten's lentil sausage soup is fantastic! The recipe calls for homemade chicken stock, but unless I have it on hand I use store bought.   • This is a delicious low cal and easy dessert recipe. http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/apple-pie-granita I also love sliced apples in salad. Especially salads with goat cheese.
  • I have 2 drinks almost every night. I usually drink IPA beer, but since fall is here I've been having whiskey ciders :) yum. Probably not the healthiest habit, but I make sure to stay in my calorie limit. I'm all about moderation. If I deprive myself of what I want to eat/drink, chances are I will end up going overboard…
