01/10 102.9kg 05/11 98.2kg 19/11 96.5kg Leave me with 6.4kgs (14lbs) lost so far. This gives me 5 weeks to lose 3.5kg (~8lbs). This is going to be tricky.

Haven't been posting on weekly but thought I would give the monthly overview (numbers make for nicer reading imo) 01/10 102.9kg 05/11 98.2kg Leave me with 4.7kgs (10.3lbs) lost so far. This gives me 7 weeks to lose 5.2kg (~11lbs). This is going to be tricky.

Thanks all. I have been wondering about this for a while because I try to do some intense lifting with minimal rest between sets to keep the blood flowing and strain on the muscles. hamlet1222 I will have a look at that now thanks. Haha this is the approach that I have been using up until now.

Name is Anthony from London. Been trying to lose weight for a while and usually do with this app just maintaining seems to be the problem. Currently, 102.9kgs target weight for Christmas is 93kg so that I can attack the last 8kg that I would like to lose after Christmas. So around 10kgs to lose. Challenge accepted
