I have IbS constipation, medamucil - stuff me more to much fiber, mirlax - gas, cramps and very lose and hard back and forth. water up 8 - fiber up 20 but still having issues - milk of magnisia every other day.. per doctor. duclax if that doesn't help. lately not well on water working harder on that.

I have my yogurt, clif bars, homemade flavored rolled oats pkg, a few low cal frozen meals, then supper is mostly next days lunch. I set up the next day if its a work day and put it in the night before. Then I know how much i got for supper time. Works pretty well.
