Wrong product. This link is the 90 calorie version. There is a "new and improved" 50 calorie product.

I get mine at Walmart. Have you tried Walmart?

Go for a walk and earn more calories!

I am not getting cold a lot, but rather not getting too hot much anymore. My husband is very grateful as he can now turn up the heat a little. :D

Down 56 lbs, another 70 to go. Creeping up on that halfway point!

I was a lot like you, OP. I could not abide the stuff all my life. When I started my weight loss journey, I decided it would be pretty beneficial if I could grow to like it. I also bought the Breakstone doubles and ended up loving it! Now I buy those regularly for convenience, but also buy Breakstone plain then add fruit…

I have lost 55 lbs in 6 months, mainly by eating at a deficit. I also do water aerobics once a week, yoga once a week, and walk a lot. Of note, my starting weight was quite high at 286 lbs.

Definitely this!

I gave up any drinks with calories except as a rare treat when I have extra calories. I haven't had french fries in months, gave them up for roasted potatoes with lots of seasoning made at home. That's about it.

I second this. For the first time since I received it, I forgot it today. Put it on to charge while I was showering, and forgot to put it back on. I felt lost all day!

Cottage cheese with a little fruit (usually fresh pineapple) and a handful of chocolate chips.

Mine stopped again today. Hasn't synced for about 3 hours.

Make sure you are logging food in one place and exercise in one place if your Fitbit is synced. Log all your food in MFP. Your step counts and calories will automatically come in from your Fitbit. If you do exercise that the Fitbit does not track, such as elliptical or swimming or water aerobics, log that manually into…

On the website, under the goals section, there is a small link titled "View Guided Setup". Click it and repeat the setup.

Beets. Serious yuck.

Not quite. Your activity level should be set to reflect how active you are excluding exercise. For example, if you have a desk job, you are "sedentary". The OP took a walk at lunch, intentional exercise. Those calories (or at least a portion) should be eaten. If the calorie count comes from a source known to over-estimate,…

Your title is blank, so I am not sure what you are asking. Remaining number? Are you referring to remaining calories for the day?
-
I have to disagree with most of the posts in the thread. Walking is exercise. On my walks my Fitbit HR logs my heart rate at the cardio level for about 70% of the walk. If you set up as a sedentary lifestyle, it will give you extra calories for steps over and above what is expected for a sedentary person. If you are not…

To me, it's much less confusing to log all food in MFP, and all exercise in Fitbit. Enable negative adjustments in MFP to cover a lazy day or when you are ill, and let them just do their thing. It has been quite accurate for me, as I am losing at the expected rate. I also use Drivebit to log my driving time to Fitbit, so I…

Another vote for Old Navy (online).

A ham and egg casserole with diced red pepper, shallots, shiitake mushrooms, jalapenos and cheese. It was my first time making it and I could not believe how good it was.
-
I strongly suggest you go through MFP's guided setup and see what MFP suggests. I know it did not suggest 1000, the lowest it would recommend is 1200. Also agree with Annie_01, with a relatively small amount to lose, you should not aim for more than 1lb a week.

Sent you a friend request. I have a fitbit too, but can't do challenges at the moment. I have a broken foot.

My husband made sausage balls (the bisquick/cheese/sausage recipe) for a pot luck he was attending. I love those darn things and could eat the whole batch. Amazingly some made it home as leftovers, and I made room in my calories for four scrumptious balls. Yum.

String cheese or mini Babybels are good too. The protein also helps with satiation.

Then continue your lifting and give it time. Again, you don't need to lose more weight. You can't target where you lose anyway.
-
You are are the lower end of a normal BMI. You do not need to lose weight. Why, specifically, are you not satisfied?

Small chili and baked potato or large chili and side salad.

Both Subway and Schlotsky's have several sandwich selections under 400 calories. Wendy's chili is surprisingly low in calories and high in protein.
