Well, I just want to look slimmer. I'm not 100% set on a calorie goal, I just try to eat less and go to the gym. Just wanted to know if having vitamin tablets was any good if eating at a deficit.

I've got a holiday in a month and want to lose about a stone for it. After that I'm going to slowly up my calories :)

I mean my main focus is to burn fat, so building muscle can wait. I'd rather keep my calories how they are at the moment because for the first time in years my appetite is low. I know if I start eating more then my appetite is going to go up and I find it hard to get out of that cycle.

Overpronation sounds like me I think because the not absorbing shock properly sounds like what is happening. If the inside of both feet hit the floor first, is that Overpronation?

I've been doing it for about a month, so not too long. I'm not sure the distance b t I do it between 20-30mins at a time about 3 times a week. I'm thinking maybe I need different shoes. I think the way I step I place a lot of pressure on the inside of my feet and maybe my shoes don't suit that?

Thanks guys! Not worried about skin and such... I'm at the top end of a healthy bmi, but just due to preference I'd rather be at the bottom end. Like to have a slim figure. Thanks for all the responses guys, been very helpful!

For filling yourself up, eat really really slowly, chew lots. Seriously this is the best way to get full up on less. You can't lose weight just from the stomach, you just have to lose it all round. Do cardio for that. Walking, jogging, and if you can running. At the gym I run, then when I can't breathe I walk for a few…

Ah well my apetite has definitely shrunk! So if it was 1500 then, and I burnt 800 at the gym, would I need 2300?
