I started at 355 in September 2015. I am now 265 and the picture was from last week. I am 5'9". I want to lose about 65-85 more. Hope the pics work

I weighed myself on a medical scale today, and it was 274, about 6 pounds heavier than my scale. I am going with this more accurate weight now. So My goal is to hit 264 by the end of April.

Thanks for all of the responses. I'm not too sure what the ultimate decision will be, but as mentioned, I will deal with it when I have lost the weight, toned up, and can assess the damage I guess. All of the input is very helpful, I appreciate the replies :)

Was about 274.2 as of march 7, no idea what the weight is today as I'm not near my scale. I have had wine a few times this week, so likely weigh near the end of March. My goal is to hit 250 by the end of May. I am going to redouble my efforts to get as low as I can by then.

Thank you very much for the replies. I didn't think it would bounce back too much. After my pregnancies, my belly bounced back pretty well but I have gained and lost 100 plus pounds twice since then so I'm pretty sure it is at the point of no return.

You are doing an absolutely amazing job here :-). Did you ever end up upping your calorie intake? I'm also wondering what your daily calorie burn is like? Congratulations on your progress!!

Hi there. I would suggest trying to eat say five-six smaller (300 calorie) meals a day, and try combining protein and a little healthy fat with your fruit, veggies or starch. It isn't necessary for weight loss, but I find that staying away from junk food 100% for a few months gets rid of the cravings quite well. Getting…

I can relate to some of what you are saying. I find that meditating and focusing on slowing my breathing down help best. I have tried a million different things, and this is what works best for me.

I started the year at 296 or 298 I can't remember and am now at 275.5 so just over 20 lost this year! Hope to make 250 by the end of May :-)
