I didn't plan anything for dinner tonight, and so while I was busy upstairs my hubby made dinner for us. I had no idea he was doing it. And to my delight, he weighed and measured all the ingredients of my serving! Even saved the empty packages so I could scan them. And made my favourite meal!! He's a keeper :wink:

The only processed sugar I had today was in my breakfast cereal (6.5g). I'm pretty proud of myself! I feel like I've finally recovered from the holidays now and have experienced some movement on the scale. Feeling very empowered today - and it feels GREAT!

I tried protein shakes. I did not enjoy them at all & I got the worst gas from them! So instead, I keep a bunch of boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked in the fridge for a quick, and tasty, protein fix. Today I got in a lot of steps and feel happy with my nutrition.
