13 pounds in a week is a tall goal unless you are celebrating major weight till sunday for weigh in
haha I wish! I meant bust into the 180's even if it's 189.9!0 -
Participated in the cookie exchange at work today. So many wonderful contributions this year. I did a little sampling, but I have made a commitment to myself that I will not eat any (more) of the Christmas treats until Dec 21.
Most of my Christmas shopping and decorating is done. The meal is planned. Saturday night is our wrapping night; I always feel "ready" once that is done. I stopped the crazy cleaning frenzy before our major party on Christmas Eve, as I always needed to clean more after. Don't get me wrong, the powder room will be clean, floors swept, and a quick dusting will happen. But geez, there are other things I could do, like hit the gym!
My vegetable consumption is in the toilet, and I haven't been to the gym in two weeks. I will go to the gym tomorrow and eat with my nutrition in mind. I will take care of ME. There it is, in writing, out there for y'all to see - I CAN do this! Please, feel free to ask if I followed through; it helps me.
Cheers!0 -
Hey guys, this is the last week of the challenge, you have all done great and most of us lost quite a bit of weight as well.
So job very well done.
If you guys are interested in the next challenge, it will start Jan, 10th. I will open sign up thread for the next challenge on 26th December.
I hope to see you all in next challenge as well0 -

Debating with myself. I am already in 2 challenges for next year, so may not join you all. Love the contributions here. However, too many sub challenges to report for me such as steps, veg, macro, water, etc. I see that sub challenges motivating others which is awesome. I feel bad when I do not report the mult subi challenges or contribute here. Feel distracted by too many goals away from main goal of weight loss and health.
Wish everyone a happy healthy 2016.0 -
breakfast today 4 slices weight watchers toast 2 slices fat free cheese slices and 2 slices ham0

Hello blue team;
I've been busy with life...still have lost weight by recognizing my emotional eating habits. This time of year should be joyous but for me it feels overwhelming at times with obligations and finding time to get things done!
Making change: love your post about taking care of ME...hows it going? Hope your able to follow through.
Samandindia; im with you about the imputing macros. I'm focussing on weight lost and find that for the macro parts or inputting information is a few steps to many at this season of life.
Sure have enjoyed my first MFP challenge! This was a great experience. Thanks team blue!!!0 -

I have been following through -have kept my lips off the treats, and my *kitten* in the gym! LOL! But holy smokes, am I going to enjoy feasting on the 24th. But instead of eating, and eating, and eating, I will have one lovely plate of anything I want for dinner, and one lovely plate of anything I want for dessert (small plate). Might even have a cocktail or 3. And I will slowly enjoy each bite and sip. I will also hit the gym on the 24th and the 26th to ensure I stay on track and keep my muscles burning those calories.
I have absolutely loved this challenge and look forward to the next one. So very motivating!

I am on the absolute best mood EVER!! Weighed myself this morning and I am down 25.1 lbs over all!!! Words cannot fully describe how wonderful I feel.
Finding the My Fitness Pal app was one of the best things that has happened to me. And this challenge encouraged me to stick with it for long enough that it is now habit, and so easy to do!
Cheers!!
