Please note that team participation is mandatory at least twice a week. If you don't feel like participating on here, eventually everyone will be less involved. Team Challenges are only successful if you work as a team and be there to support each other.

my struggle is night snack salty foods

goal 1 pound per week and exercise 1000 cal use 5 times per week, walk at least 10000 steps a day likely more

My biggest struggle is that I like to eat constantly. (and it is not the healthy stuff)
Probably not the best motivator, but please add me as a friend.
My goal is at least 2 pounds per week and any exercise will be an improvement. 4 walks a week, hopefully

I live in Ontario, Canada, which is Eastern Standard time.
Didn't have a weigh in day, so going forward it will be Sunday.
Favorite exercise: I love weight training. Just getting back into it after a 19 year hiatus.
Favourite healthy food: hard to answer. I'm a foodie. Food is my favourite. LOL. Steel cut oats is a comfort food. Love egg white omelettes.
Struggling Areas (night snacking/lack of motivation/ junk food etc): health issues/ chronic pain can really put a damper on my motivation to exercise and eat healthily.

Goal for the week: to exercise on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and accurately track my nutrition while adhering to my caloric intake goals.

BTW Nora, although I am in NL, I am an Aussie, so looking like with our Canadian team mates we are diversifying this team beyond usa borders. Nice.
I think the trick here will be consistency and dedication. Starting strong but finishing stronger. I am in another pre christmas challenge (no competition ) and the number of people giving up the moment the scale gets cranky is surprising. Weight fluctuation is normal so let's cheer each other on, and bring us all across the 6 weeks, together.0 -

Too right you are. This challenge is more about being healthy than about losing weight.
Together we can do this. Set ourselves on the paths of healthy eating and exercising habits.

My steps and water intake was great. I did okay with veggies. But dint do well with my focused macro.

Goal for the week: try to do a workout a day while also intermittent fasting. Hopeful to result in weight loss and muscle tone.
