so far, I have lost 24 pounds.....do not have photos.....and if I did, you would not be able to tell. My doctor was very pleased and noted that my BMI was now down to 31.. I have really been working at this, I am now walking 60minutes a day.

anything with a great beat...I am liking some of the "80s" rock.... Cinderella, Guns and Roses..... I listen to a lot oa music while I am walking...
